For over twenty years, I've worked at the intersection of leadership, strategy, technology, and human behavior – leading large-scale technology initiatives for federal agencies and Fortune 500 companies, and guiding leaders through their most significant moments of transformation. And eight years ago, when I left my career in Corporate America to become an entrepreneur, I built two companies around one core belief: the future belongs to those who prepare for it intentionally.
